What are TEF Canada and TEFAQ exams ?
The TEF Canada or TEFAQ are exams to attest your level in French for immigration
For each exam, you have 4 tests (One test per skill) :
- Reading (Written comprehension)
- Writing (Written expression)
- Speaking (Oral expression)
- Listening (Oral comprehension)
What is the minimum level required to pass the exam?
To successfully pass the exam, you need to achieve at least a Level NCLC 7 for each skill
(Canadian Language Benchmarks => CLB7)
This NCL7 level corresponds to different scores depending on the skill tested

The exam is valid for 2 years.
